Owners of Riviera luxury boats are being treated to a four day festival, comprising 71 owners-only educational and social events.
The inaugural Riviera Festival will celebrate the company’s rich history and its magnitude will, in the words of Stephen Milne, the company’s Director of Brand and Sales, is “quite awe-inspiring”.
Riviera owners will be coming from all over the world to attend the festival’s exclusive calendar of educational events, seminars, hands-on workshops and vibrant, social activities.
Owners who wish to brush up on their skills and practical knowledge will have access to skipper training – separate programs for women and men – that will include mooring, fenders, lines and anchoring techniques.
Other hands-on courses will include offshore seamanship, electronic navigation, fishing clinics, exterior maintenance ‘tricks of the trade’, a full sea trial program and in-field troubleshooting of generator sets and sanitation systems.
“Each of the Riviera Festival specialist programs will be conducted by our Riviera experts who love sharing their immense knowledge for the greater enjoyment of boating,” says Mr Milne. “People can learn how to navigate, meet our designers and the talented craftspeople that build our beautiful boats as well as enjoy a raft of fun events organised exclusively for our owners.
“To think we could potentially have thousands of Riviera owners from around the globe uniting here at Riviera’s Gold Coast headquarters will be an amazing and memorable experience.”
The Riviera Festival is being held in May (24-27) to coincide with the annual Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
