Riviera sells first 45 Flybridge to Hong Kong
Riviera's Hong Kong based dealer, Kingsway Marine has two reasons to celebrate, winning the prestigious Asian Dealer of the Year award and selling its first 45 Flybridge with Tuna Tower, which will be on display at the Hong Kong International Boat Show.
The Asian Dealer Awards were held this month and have been running for the past 15 years. They are designed to recognise outstanding achievement and dedication to the Riviera brand. Kingsway Marine has performed exceptionally well this year with the highest number of new Riviera sales and deliveries in the 2008/2009 Australian financial year as well as outstanding customer feedback.
Kingsway Marine owner Leo Wong said it was an honour to receive such a prestigious award and he congratulated his team for their tireless effort throughout the year.
Mr Wong also looks forward to taking delivery of Kingway Marine's first 45 Open Flybridge, which combines clever design and performance, with one of the key features being the moulded external flybridge staircase.
"This is the only boat in Hong Kong with genuine fishing power and it will stay here for the Hong Kong Boat Show in November," said Mr Wong.
The boat show is expected to attract several thousand visitors over the three-day event with exhibits worth (HK)$600 million from world-leading dealers from France, Italy, England, Australia, U.S., Taiwan and China.
Riviera's distribution manager Peter Welch said the 45's external staircase would be popular in Hong Kong.
"Stairs are definitely preferred for quick and easy access to the open flybridge," Peter said.
"The owner of this particular boat has chosen to have a game fishing tower added to the boat which was designed and constructed here at Riviera's Coomera factory.
"The client also worked very closely with Riviera Aftermarket to ensure the design and installation met his specific requirements for fishing the waters around Hong Kong harbour.
"Kingsway Marine have been very supportive over the years and the arrival of this 45 Open Flybridge will certainly show prospective clients that Riviera's attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship is second to none."
The Hong Kong International Boat Show will be held from November 27 to 29 and is hosted by Sai Kung's Club Marina Cove.
