R Marine Perth rafts up for charity Perth, Western Australia: R Marine Perth is hosting the inaugural Riviera Variety Raftup on March 30 to raise much-needed funds for sick and disadvantaged children. R Marine Perth dealer principal Brendon Grieve who initiated the 2012 Riviera Variety Raftup as an international challenge to see who can raft up the largest number of Riviera models bringing owners together in a fun, relaxed atmosphere, and where better than Perth Water. “We believe WA is up to the challenge so let’s show the rest of the world how the West Aussies do it,” Brendon said. “Of course to be part of the record breaking event, you will need to bring a boat load of friends and provide a tax deductible donation of $500 to Variety WA. “We encourage people to dress up their boats and crew in an interesting theme and join us on Perth Water adjacent to our fabulous city. “If your boat is berthed north or south of Fremantle, why not make the journey and spend the weekend on the Swan.” The inaugural Riviera Variety Raftup will be held on March 30 from 1pm to 4pm at Perth Water. Bookings are essential as places are limited. RSVP by March 23 and forward your donation to R Marine Perth to confirm your entry.
