Tis the season to enjoy your Riviera

The weather is warming up and people are winding down in preparation for the festive season afloat so it’s time to cast off the ropes and cruise to your favourite anchorage.

R Marine Queensland hosted its end of year celebration at Wavebreak Island on the Gold Coast on Sunday December 13.

Twelve Rivieras rafted up for a day of festive fun in the sun with a barbecue lunch and good company to kick start the Christmas cheer.

There were a range of fun activities including a floating trampoline for the 10 children to enjoy while the adults, 28 in total relaxed on the beach.

R Marine Queensland dealer principal Randall Jones said this was an annual event which had proved popular with Riviera clients.

“We love to keep our Riviera owners active in their boating,” he said.
